At CavoodlePuppies.org, we are committed to the health and well-being of every puppy we place. Due to the nature of live animal purchases, our refund and return policy is designed to protect both the buyer and the puppy.


1. Reservation Deposits

  • All reservation deposits are non-refundable.

  • A deposit secures your chosen puppy and contributes to its care, vaccination, and early vet expenses.

  • If you change your mind or cancel after placing a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited.


2. Final Payment

  • Final payment must be made prior to shipment or pickup.

  • Once the puppy leaves our care, all sales are final.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The puppy develops a life-threatening congenital health condition diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.

  • The puppy becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness prior to shipping) and no suitable replacement is available.

In either case, we may offer a replacement puppy or issue a partial/full refund, depending on availability and situation.


4. Return Policy

We do not accept returns of puppies once they have been delivered or picked up due to:

  • Animal welfare concerns

  • Exposure risks to other animals

  • Emotional distress to the puppy

If you’re unable to keep your puppy, we may be able to assist with rehoming at our discretion, but no refund will be issued.


5. Health Guarantee Return Clause

If a certified vet determines the puppy is unfit due to a genetic defect within 72 hours of delivery, and written documentation is provided:

  • Buyer must notify us immediately.

  • Puppy must be returned (if requested) for refund or replacement eligibility.

  • Shipping costs for returns (if accepted) are the responsibility of the buyer.


6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Buyer changes mind after full payment

  • Buyer is unable to receive puppy on agreed delivery date

  • Buyer fails to comply with local pet ownership laws

  • Minor, treatable puppy illnesses (e.g., parasites, diarrhea, cold, etc.)

  • Buyer is evicted, relocates, or otherwise cannot care for the puppy
