✅ Shipping Coverage

We offer nationwide puppy delivery within Australia and New Zealand. All puppies are transported by USDA-licensed and trusted animal transport professionals or airlines (when applicable).

Note: We currently ship internationally.

🚚 Delivery Methods

We provide two primary shipping options:

Ground Transport (Door-to-Door)
- Available to most Australia and New Zealand states.
- Carried out by certified pet transporters.
- Typically takes 1–3 days depending on location.
Airline Delivery (Pet Cargo or Cabin Nanny)
- Available upon request.
- Subject to airline availability, weather, and puppy age/health.
- Extra charges apply.

📅 Processing & Delivery Time

Once your purchase is confirmed and the puppy is ready for travel (usually at 8 weeks of age or older), we’ll contact you within 24–48 hours to schedule delivery.
Delivery typically occurs within 3–10 business days, depending on location and selected method.

💵 Shipping Costs

All puppies have thesame shipping fees of $300

Final cost will be confirmed during the checkout or reservation process.

🐾 Puppy Care During Transit

All puppies travel with food, water, a soft blanket, and their health records.
We ensure each puppy receives appropriate rest stops and care during transport.
You’ll receive tracking info and delivery updates once the puppy is enroute.

📬 Receiving Your Puppy

You (or an authorized person) must be present at the scheduled delivery time to receive your puppy. A valid government-issued ID may be required. If you are not available to receive the puppy on the scheduled date, additional rescheduling or boarding fees may apply.
